The Faculty Appointments, Promotion and Tenure Office, formerly known as the Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs, assists in facilitating best practices in the consideration of faculty appointments, promotions and tenure for the School of Medicine and School of Nursing.Working closely with department managers and chairs, the office provides guidance, training and resources necessary to recruit and retain exceptional faculty. We support the School of Medicine's and School of Nursing's missions of excellence and innovation in education, patient care and research.
